01Agreement To These Terms

These terms apply to your use of Dispensary Rank, its free tools and everything published on it. By using the site you accept them, together with the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms, and the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

02Who May Use The Site

The site is intended for licensed cannabis businesses, their marketing teams and agencies, and adults aged 21 and over. By using it you confirm that you are at least 21. Nothing here sells, offers or facilitates the sale of cannabis products.

03The Free Tools

The tools are free to use and need no account. They may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time, and no level of availability is promised. A scanner depends on the site it fetches, so it will sometimes fail because that site is slow, blocking requests or offline.

04Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• scan any site you do not own or have permission to check
• script, automate or run the tools at volume, or try to get around their rate limits
• point the tools at private, internal or local network addresses, or use them to probe infrastructure
• try to reach parts of the site that are not published, or interfere with how it runs
• copy or reverse engineer the tools in order to rebuild or resell them
• scrape the written material for republication or to train a product that resells it

Reading the guides, applying them in your own work and quoting them with attribution are all welcome.

05Scanning Sites You Do Not Own

You are responsible for having the right to scan any address you enter. If a scan you run leads to a complaint or claim from the owner of that site, it is yours to answer, and you agree to cover any cost this site incurs as a result.

06Reports And Shareable Links

A scan report lives at an unlisted link: a long random address that search engines are told not to index. Anyone who has that link can open the report, so treat it as shareable rather than secret.

Reports are not permanent. They are deleted automatically after one year, or two if an email is attached, and any report is deleted sooner on request. Save anything you need to keep.

07What You Enter

You keep all rights to the text, details and addresses you enter. You allow this site to process them only as far as needed to run the tool you chose and, where you asked, to send you a report or answer your enquiry. Do not enter anything you do not have the right to share.

08Content And Intellectual Property

The guides, articles, tools, code and design of this site belong to Nizam Uddin and are protected by copyright. You may read them, use what you learn in your own work, and quote short passages with a link back. Republishing them in full, or building them into a product or service that resells them, needs written permission first.

Other names and marks mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used descriptively.

09Free Tools And Paid Work Are Separate

Running a tool, requesting a report or asking for the free audit creates no obligation on either side. Paid consulting is governed by the agreement signed for that engagement, and where that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement wins.

10No Advice And No Guarantees

Everything published here is general information, not legal, compliance or financial advice, and no ranking or result is promised. The Disclaimer sets this out in full.

11Disclaimer Of Warranties

The site, its tools and its content are provided as they are and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

12Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Nizam Uddin is not liable for lost revenue, lost rankings, lost data, regulatory penalties, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from using this site or acting on what it says. Because the site and tools are free, any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you paid to use them, which is nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited. Where a limitation is not enforceable where you live, it does not apply to you and the rest still stands.

13Suspending Access

Access to the tools can be limited or withdrawn where they are being abused, scripted or used against sites the user has no relationship with. In practice this is a rate limit, and ordinary use never meets it.

14Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of the place from which this site is operated, and any dispute will be heard there. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the law of your own country that cannot be set aside by agreement.

15Severability And Waiver

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is treated as removed and the rest continues to apply. Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

16Changes To These Terms

These terms may be updated, and the date at the top of the page changes when they are. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the current version.
