Contact
Tell me the domain and what you are seeing. You will get a straight answer about whether it is serious, what is likely causing it, and whether you need to hire anyone at all.
Messages come to me directly. I read all of them, including the ones that turn out not to be work, and I would rather tell you that you do not need help than take a project that should not exist.
Send a Message
The more context you give, the more useful the reply. If you are short on time, the domain and one sentence is enough.
What you send is used to answer your enquiry and nothing else. No mailing list, no sharing with anyone.
Four kinds of message, and how each is handled
Knowing which of these you are sending helps you write a shorter message and helps me give a more useful reply.
Something has gone wrong
Traffic has fallen, a listing was suspended, or a manual action landed. Say what changed and roughly when, and include a link to the affected pages if you have one.
You want the free audit
The domain, the states you operate in, and how many stores. You get a written read on what is wrong and what it is costing you, whether or not we work together.
You are scoping a project
Budget range and timeline help, but they are not required to start a conversation. If the work is not a fit you will be told rather than quoted at.
You have a question about something published here
A correction, a disagreement, or a question a guide did not answer. These are welcome and they are answered by the person who wrote the guide.
Before you write
Worth running before you write
A message with a scan result attached gets a far more specific reply than one without.

Run your site through the tools first. If they turn something up, send the result along with your message.
