Discovery and audit
Before anything is proposed, the site is read the way a crawler reads it.
What Google actually renders on your pages, index coverage against what you think is indexed, crawl behaviour in the logs where they exist, manual action status, and Business Profile health across every location. Nothing is recommended at this stage, because a recommendation made before the diagnosis is a guess with an invoice attached.
- Fetch every template as a crawler receives it, with no JavaScript executed
- Compare index coverage against the sitemap and against what you assumed was live
- Check every Business Profile for eligibility and suspension risk
- Measure how alike your location pages have become
A prioritised audit document, ordered by what each finding costs rather than by how easy it is to fix
Search Console access, analytics access, and a named person who can answer questions about the site history
Waiting on access. This is the single most common delay and it is entirely avoidable.
